Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The selected candidate will support sales team efforts, engage with clients to deliver exceptional customer service, participate in marketing initiatives, and assist in managing training sessions. The role involves learning and contributing to sales processes, providing input to strategic decisions, and developing expertise in sales management strategies under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Customer Service and relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Foundational knowledge and interest in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to support interactive training sessions
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Relevant internship or prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
