Job Title: Sales & Marketing Lead (EdTech – US Market)
Location: Remote (Night Shift)
CTC: ₹4 – ₹4.5 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Lead with experience in the EdTech industry to drive growth in the US market. The ideal candidate should be result-oriented, target-driven, and comfortable working in a night shift setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle for the US market (lead generation to closure)
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive enrollments
- Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution
- Track performance metrics and optimize conversion rates
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in EdTech sales/marketing
- Prior experience handling the US market is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in night shift (US timings)
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
