Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Sales and Marketing Lead at Orient Event Solutions. The main responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building client relationships to drive company growth. Additional tasks involve creating marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, overseeing promotional activities, and tracking performance metrics. The role also involves leading a team, conducting market research, and ensuring alignment between sales and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales operations, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Proficiency in creating and executing marketing strategies, including digital and traditional marketing
- Strong skills in market research and data analysis to identify business opportunities
- Leadership and team management capabilities to guide and support a sales and marketing team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms
- Experience in event management, advertising, or related industries is a benefit
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the Pune market and existing networks will be an added advantage
