Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist focusing on the US market. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing customer service, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Conduct outreach to US-based construction and engineering firms
- Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management
- Create and manage LinkedIn and social media content
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and email campaigns
- Maintain and update the lead database while tracking outreach performance
- Participate in client communication and meetings.
- Familiarity with the US market and construction or engineering industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command of US English, including a clear and professional US accent
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is required
- High level of self-motivation and attention to detail
- Comfortable engaging with international clients
