Job Title: Sales & Marketing Intern ( Kannada )
Location: Bengaluru
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month
Duration: 6 Months (can be extended based on performance)
Working Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM (IST)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Marketing Intern who can help us grow our products by generating leads, connecting with potential customers, and converting them into clients. If you enjoy talking to people, understanding customer needs, and working in a fast-paced startup environment, this role is for you.
Candidates must belong to Karnataka and should be able to communicate fluently in Kannada.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through online/offline channels
- Reach out to potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, etc.
- Explain product offerings and pitch solutions effectively
- Convert leads into paying customers
- Maintain follow-ups and customer relationships
- Work closely with the team on sales strategies and growth plans
- Assist in basic marketing activities and promotions
- Track sales activities and maintain reports
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in Kannada
- Candidates should be based in Karnataka
- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
- Self-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using social media and online tools
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Bonus / Preferred Skills
- Basic marketing knowledge
- Canva or simple design skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach or social media marketing
- Experience with cold calling or customer handling is a plus
