Role Description
This is a full-time, role for a Sales and Marketing Intern based in Worli. The intern will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to assist with client communication, manage customer relationships, and support sales activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, executing sales strategies, providing product training, and assisting in sales management tasks. The role offers hands-on experience in growing customer engagement and driving company growth through innovative marketing and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain positive client relations and ensure excellent customer experience
- Sales skills and the ability to support and contribute to achieving sales targets
- Experience or an interest in Training and Sales Management is a plus
- Adaptability, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn in a dynamic, hands-on environment
- Proficient in using software tools and platforms relevant to sales and communication
- Educational background or interest in Marketing, Business, or related fields is desirable
