Role Objective
The Sales & Marketing Intern will support the Sales Coordinator and Business Development team in managing documentation, CRM updates, and day-to-day sales operations. The role is designed to ensure smooth data flow, accurate record-keeping, and timely support across lead management and client communication processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in updating and maintaining CRM data for all incoming and existing leads.
- Support in documenting client requirements, call summaries, and meeting notes.
- Maintain and organise lead trackers, call logs, and follow-up records.
- Assist the Sales Coordinator in scheduling meetings and sending calendar invites.
- Help prepare and organise proposal documents, presentations, and client communication drafts.
- Support in sending introductory emails, follow-ups, and onboarding documents.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure all documents, files, and data are structured, updated, and easily accessible.
Key Learning Outcomes (for Intern)
- Understanding of end-to-end sales workflow (lead → proposal → onboarding)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho or equivalent)
- Exposure to business documentation
- Basics of sales coordination
- Real-time experience in a branding & marketing agency environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business operations
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle structured tasks
