Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, located in Gurugram. The intern will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, supporting sales team activities, engaging with clients, participating in customer service initiatives, and conducting market research. The role includes learning opportunities, such as hands-on involvement in sales operations and exposure to industry practices, with a focus on strengthening client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with an ability to understand sales processes and contribute to achieving targets
• Willingness to participate in Training programs to develop skills and understand industry best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills, team collaboration, and an eagerness to learn new strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (pursuing or completed)
• Familiarity with real estate or property management is a plus
