Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Chennai for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will assist with sales and marketing activities, including customer relationship management, lead generation, and supporting sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, delivering product presentations, maintaining sales records, and contributing to marketing campaigns. The role also involves providing support for customer inquiries, feedback, and training sessions as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and handle inquiries
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, client onboarding, and achieving sales targets
- Ability to assist in organizing and delivering customer Training sessions to enhance product adoption
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with marketing activities and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
