Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Intern will assist in supporting customer acquisition and retention efforts while gaining valuable hands-on experience. Responsibilities include creating and managing sales presentations, assisting with marketing campaigns, handling client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales team initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build positive client relationships and address customer needs effectively.
- Basic knowledge or skills in Sales and Sales Management to support business development activities and marketing initiatives.
- Capability to assist in Training needs and adapt to dynamic team environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a basic understanding of digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the field of sales and marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
