🚀 Thinkster is Hiring: Sales & Marketing Intern
Looking to break into sales + marketing with real, hands-on experience (not just theory)? This is your chance.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern who’s excited to learn how digital outreach, lead generation, and client conversations actually drive business.
What you'll do?
• Research and identify potential B2B leads via LinkedIn & online databases
• Assist in running cold email & LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Personalize messages to improve response rates
• Maintain and update CRM with lead activity & status
• Support the team in scheduling calls and follow-ups
• Track campaign performance & suggest improvements
• Stay updated with market trends and outreach strategies
What we're looking for?
• 0–2 years experience or strong interest in sales/marketing
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of lead generation & sales funnels
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter, etc. (bonus)
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
• Self-starter who can manage time and take ownership
