Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, based in Panchkula. The intern will assist in developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships, and handling day-to-day sales operations. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, supporting team training sessions, and coordinating promotional marketing activities to drive store performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Sales and Sales Management skills to meet targets and support revenue growth
- Ability to assist with Training team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Positive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or foodservice is an advantage
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a customer-first mindset
