Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern based in New Delhi. The intern will be responsible for assisting in sales outreach, customer interactions, and marketing initiatives. Key duties include engaging with clients to understand their requirements, providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales management, and assisting in training activities. The role will also involve working collaboratively with the internal team to meet sales and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve inquiries
- Sales and Sales Management skills, with an understanding of sales outreach and client acquisition strategies
- Experience or interest in assisting with Training programs to support team development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic knowledge of marketing techniques is a plus
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
