Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research to pinpoint high-potential clients in diverse sectors like startups, SMEs, hospitals, engineering, and manufacturing.
- Drive lead generation via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic networking.
- Contribute to crafting and delivering professional proposals, pitch decks, and quotations.
- Bolster marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and proactive lead nurturing efforts.
- Facilitate client meetings, sustain engagement with prospects and partners, and manage CRM data, lead pipelines, and insightful weekly reports.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, finance, and operations teams to champion SP360's service portfolio.

Essential Skills & Competencies

Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Background: Pursuing or recent graduates in MBA, BBA, B.Com, BMS, or specializations in Marketing, Finance, or HR.
- Experience Level: Freshers welcome; up to 1 year in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
