Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern located in Agra, India. The intern will assist in driving sales growth by identifying and reaching out to potential Scrap Vendors, maintaining effective client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include supporting sales management efforts, conducting customer follow-ups, organizing sales data, and assisting in the delivery of training materials to team members. The role also requires creative problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients effectively and provide quality support
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to identify opportunities and achieve targets
- Experience or willingness to assist in Training team members to meet project and client needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive in on-site team collaborations
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Basic familiarity with the waste management or recycling sector is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about sales and marketing strategies
