Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in driving customer engagement, managing client inquiries, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. Responsibilities include supporting sales efforts, maintaining customer relationships, and participating in training initiatives. The intern will also contribute to marketing campaigns and help manage sales strategies aligned with company goals to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience or interest in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to contribute to business growth
- Ability to assist in Training and supporting team members to improve performance and drive results
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a passion for sales and marketing in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and tools, familiarity with the events or hospitality industry is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
