Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern based in Mumbai. The intern will assist in sales and marketing initiatives, including customer engagement, client outreach, and managing customer service experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating sales processes, supporting customer training programs, and participating in the development and execution of sales strategies. The role also involves aiding in market research and contributing to the creation of marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management processes
- Ability to assist in customer and team Training programs
- Proactive approach to building relationships with clients
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate a willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge or interest in the luxury fashion or design industry is a plus
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related program
