Role Description:
This is an on-site, full-time Sales and Marketing Intern role based strictly in Visakhapatnam.
We are a new startup, and building our foundation from the ground up won't be easy. Securing our first set of customers and partners requires true grit, dedication, and an entrepreneurial mindset. As an intern, you will be the face of Revive on the ground. Your primary mission will be to roam the city, connect with the local community, pitch our vision, and build our ecosystem from scratch.

Key Responsibilites:
- Ground-Level Acquisition: Actively explore and roam Visakhapatnam to identify, pitch to, and onboard local scrap collectors (kabadiwalas/aggregators) into our digital platform.
- B2B Client Outreaches: Meet face-to-face with local businesses, households, and commercial entities to acquire our first set of regular customers.
- Relationship Management: Actively build, foster, and manage strong, trust-based relationships with both suppliers (scrap collectors) and customers.
- Lead Generation & Strategy: Contribute to early-stage sales and marketing strategies based on real-time feedback you gather from the field.
- Daily Operations: Participate in the dynamic, day-to-day hustle of a growing startup to hit aggressive local targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Location: Must be living in or thoroughly familiar with Visakhapatnam (knowing the local geography, language, and culture is highly critical for this role).
- Hustle & Dedication: A strong willingness to travel, roam the city daily, and engage directly with people on the ground.
- Communication Skills: Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with diverse stakeholders—from local scrap collectors to corporate clients.
- Startup Mindset: Resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by the challenge of securing "first-time" customers.
- Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred (but hunger and attitude matter more than a degree).
- Passion: A genuine interest or passion for sustainability, recycling, and circular economy principles is a massive plus.
