Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern. In this role, you will perform market research, assist in developing marketing campaigns, and support customer service efforts to enhance user engagement and onboarding. Responsibilities include generating leads, assisting with sales outreach, facilitating introductory product training for users, and maintaining strong communication with clients. You will play an active role in advancing RenTen’s mission of fostering community-driven, sustainable sharing practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of Sales and Sales Management to assist with lead generation and outreach
- Ability to facilitate Training and provide product education to users as needed
- Proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to adapt quickly in a remote environment
- Passion for sustainable consumption, peer-to-peer marketplaces, or community-driven solutions is a plus
