Rakshaya Healthcare builds system-driven solutions for mental health, wellness, and nutrition across universities, startups, and small teams. We act as a long-term partner, providing structured access to psychologists, medical support, and proactive well-being systems that improve productivity, retention, and performance.
Role: Sales & Marketing Intern (Remote)
This is a remote internship focused primarily on sales outreach and deal support, with marketing exposure as an added advantage.
What you’ll do:
• Reach out to founders, HRs, and institutions (calls + emails)
• Pitch Rakshaya’s offering and move conversations forward
• Generate leads and support deal closures
• Assist in basic marketing efforts (content, research, messaging)
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and confidence in conversations
• Interest in sales, outreach, and client interactions
• Ability to handle objections and think on your feet
• Self-driven and consistent in a remote setup
Good to have:
• Content creation or social media skills
• Basic design (Canva, etc.)
Compensation:
• ₹6000/month (fixed)
• ₹2000–₹3000 per closed deal
You’ll gain direct exposure to real B2B sales, market dynamics, and early-stage startup execution.
