Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune Division for a Sales Executive – Real Estate. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, conducting property tours, managing client relationships, and providing tailored real estate solutions that meet clients' needs. Other responsibilities include property market research, negotiating deals, preparing reports, and collaborating with the team to meet sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve targets
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, property valuation, and investment strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software
- Customer-focused approach and ability to build lasting client relationships
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in real estate sales or consulting is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is an advantage
- Familiarity with the real estate market in Pune, especially in areas like Baner, Balewadi, Wakad, Punawale, and Bavdhan, is a plus
