Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, based in the Pune Division. The intern will assist in sales operations, customer engagement, and market research. Responsibilities include generating and managing leads, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with marketing campaigns, and supporting sales strategy development. The role also involves learning from experienced sales professionals and contributing to business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management processes
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new sales techniques and methods during Training
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with client interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of Pune’s real estate market is an advantage
Working Days: 6 Days
Week Off: Tuesday
Stipend: ₹ 7,000-10,000
