Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern located in Gurgaon. The intern will assist in promoting products, engaging with customers, and enhancing brand presence. Daily tasks include supporting sales activities, delivering excellent customer service, participating in marketing campaigns, and assisting in training sessions to improve overall sales strategies. The position offers a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and maintain positive relationships.
- Basic Sales and Sales Management skills to support promotional activities and meet growth objectives.
- Ability to assist in Training sessions for team development and skill enhancement.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset to contribute to team goals.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and an interest in the e-commerce or devotional products sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (current students pursuing these degrees are also welcome).
- Enthusiasm for learning, adaptability, and a passion for sales and marketing.
