Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, located in Colaba, Mumbai. The intern will support the sales and marketing team by engaging with clients, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation and implementation of sales strategies, conducting customer outreach, and providing training and support to clients and team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Sales and Sales Management abilities, including strategy development and execution to drive performance and growth.
- Capability to provide training and support for clients and internal team members.
- Proactiveness, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and techniques is an advantage.
- Passion for creative design and branding is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
