Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern position located in Vikasnagar, Uttarakhand. The intern will be responsible for supporting sales activities, building customer relationships, coordinating with clients for travel bookings and trekking packages, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in strategizing and executing marketing campaigns. The role also involves promoting the company’s services and contributing to business growth through customer engagement and support.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and address their travel needs.
- Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management to support business growth and close deals.
- Ability to assist in Training and providing information about trekking and camping services offered.
- Proactive and goal-oriented, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of the travel and trekking industry is an advantage.
- Flexibility to be based on-site in Vikasnagar, Uttarakhand.
