Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and street-smart Sales & Marketing Intern who can represent Northern Agency on-ground in Dharmshala and actively generate business opportunities.
This role is heavily focused on direct sales, client interaction, and deal closures for digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential clients such as:
- Cafes & Restaurants
- Resorts & Hotels
- Schools & Educational Institutes
- Local Businesses & Service Providers
- Pitch Northern Agency’s digital marketing services (social media, ads, branding, etc.)
- Conduct on-site meetings and build strong client relationships
- Handle the entire sales cycle:
- Lead generation
- Pitching
- Negotiation
- Closing deals
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal team
- Maintain daily reports of leads, meetings, and conversions
Requirements- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in face-to-face selling and negotiations
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, ads, branding)
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work on-field in Dharmshala
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
