About Mantrapath
Mantrapath builds software that solves real operational problems. We currently have two live products:
- Mantraworx — a unified platform combining HR, payroll, project management, and knowledge sharing for modern teams
- Agamapath — a real estate CRM built for lead generation, pipeline tracking, and Inventory management
As a Sales Intern, you will work directly with the founders to take both products to market not just follow a script, but help design and execute the sales system from scratch.
What You will do
- Build and execute outreach frameworks for both Mantraworx and Agamapath (cold email, LinkedIn, referrals)
- Identify target segments — HR teams, real estate agencies, startups, SMEs — and build lead lists using Agamapath's own CRM
- Run discovery calls with potential clients and communicate product value clearly
- Manage the full sales pipeline: prospecting → outreach → demo → follow-up → close
- Create sales pitch decks, product one-pagers, and demo scripts in collaboration with founders
- Build LinkedIn presence for both products — organic posts, awareness campaigns, and thought leadership content
- Track pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and weekly progress using built-in analytics
- Work closely with the product team — your field feedback directly shapes product decisions
- Represent both products at networking events, online communities, and relevant forums
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication — you can explain complex tools simply
- Self-starter mindset — comfortable building things from zero with limited guidance
- Basic understanding of B2B SaaS sales concepts or willingness to learn fast
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or lead generation tools is a plus
- Interest in HR tech, PropTech, or enterprise software markets
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in the same week
- Degree or pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, MBA, or related field
- Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus
