Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the development and execution of sales and marketing activities for EPC projects, with a focus on solar, electrical, and mechanical solutions. This full-time hybrid role is based in Alwar, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in lead generation, preparing marketing materials, supporting client outreach, and maintaining customer databases. The intern will help coordinate sales presentations, participate in customer interactions, and assist in gathering market insights and competitor information. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales messaging, support training initiatives, and contribute to basic reporting and docum
entation.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and basic pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and assist in sharing product and process knowledge with team members.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, particularly in B2B or industrial sectors, is beneficial.
- Comfort with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital communication platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
- Interest in the EPC, solar, or infrastructure sector and willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Alwar.
