Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, based in the Greater Kolkata Area with some flexibility for remote work. The intern will assist in sales activities, develop and nurture customer relationships, participate in customer service initiatives, and support sales management and training efforts. The role will also include conducting market research, contributing to marketing campaigns, and collaborating with teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic knowledge or interest in Sales and ability to support Sales processes
- Skills in Sales Management and assisting in training initiatives
- Proficiency in MS Office tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous internship or experience in sales or marketing is a plus
