Sales & Marketing Intern (On-Site Internship)

Duration: 2 Months (can be extended based on performance)
Stipend: ₹3,000 -₹5,000/month based on performance

Japan With Adi is an education platform that helps students explore opportunities to study, work, and build careers in Japan. We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Student Counselling Intern to join our team and assist in managing student inquiries while guiding prospective students about our programs.
Responsibilities
• Respond to student inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Explain our programs clearly to prospective students
• Call students and guide them regarding study opportunities in Japan
• Address student questions and resolve doubts related to the program and Japan pathways
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students
• Track and maintain records of all leads and student inquiries
• Monitor social media channels daily and identify potential leads
Requirements
• Strong communication and fluency in English and Hindi
• Confident personality with good speaking skills
• Interest in sales, marketing, or student counselling
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups professionally
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication
Training
Selected candidates will receive 15–20 days of on-the-job training to understand our programs, sales process, and student support workflow before the internship officially begins.
