Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and motivated Polytechnic Diploma holders to join our team for promoting and selling CalibMaster, a software solution designed for calibration laboratories, industries, and quality departments.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh diploma holders who want to build a career in sales, business development, industrial software solutions, and client relationship management.
Stipend / Salary Structure
- First 3 Months: ₹8,000 per month and travel food allowance (Internship / Training Period)
- From 4th Month Onwards as Sales Executive: ₹22,000 per month + Attractive Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Visit industries, calibration labs, testing labs, and manufacturing companies
- Introduce and demonstrate CalibMaster software to potential clients
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Build strong customer relationships
- Follow up on enquiries and close sales deals
- Coordinate with technical support team during onboarding
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Polytechnic Diploma (Mechanical / ECE / EEE / Instrumentation / Computer / Any Engineering Stream)
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Interest in sales and field work
- Basic computer knowledge
- Two-wheeler preferred
