Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Inside Sales Executive. The Executive will assist the sales and marketing team in researching potential clients, managing customer relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and liaising with customers to promote products and services. The Executive will also contribute to the creation of marketing materials, analyze marketing data, and help organize training or informational sessions to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Proficiency and interest in Sales and Sales Management practices.
- Ability to support with Training and customer interaction initiatives.
- Proactive learner with a passion for developing marketing strategies.
- Organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Prior knowledge or interest in Microsoft Dynamics solutions will be considered a benefit.
