Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern at India News Grid. The intern will support outreach efforts to startups, educational institutions, and independent organizers, helping onboard new users and explain platform features. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with sales calls and email campaigns, responding to inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and gathering feedback to improve services.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support outreach and lead follow-up.
- Basic understanding of digital media platforms or online marketing tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and learn quickly.
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with using email, video conferencing, and productivity tools for daily collaboration.
