Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern located in Hyderabad. The intern will support the sales and marketing teams by assisting with lead generation, customer engagement, and promoting Ignis’s programs to target groups. Responsibilities include conducting research on potential clients, engaging with schools and institutions, assisting in creating marketing materials, and supporting strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for relationship-building with clients and stakeholders
- Understanding of Sales and Sales Management concepts to support marketing efforts
- Ability to assist with Training-related tasks and learning program promotions
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Enthusiasm for education and a commitment to making a positive impact
- Pursuit or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
