Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern located in Dwarka. The intern will assist in implementing sales strategies, conducting customer outreach, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team. Additional responsibilities include assisting with training sessions, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and contributing to the company’s marketing efforts. The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital entrepreneurship environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their inquiries effectively
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Sales and Sales Management practices to support strategic goals
- Experience or interest in Training and mentoring customers or team members is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous
