Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern located in the Pune Division. The intern will assist with market research, client communication, and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and business growth. Responsibilities include learning sales techniques, participating in team training, supporting the sales management team, and delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to overall marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Customer Service experience to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on executing sales strategies effectively
- Capability to participate in and contribute to Training sessions on sales and marketing practices
- Proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for sales and marketing
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site with a diverse team
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (completed or in progress)
