About Us
HireReady is a platform helping students become interview-ready through real mock interviews, structured feedback, and performance tracking.
We work closely with colleges to improve placement outcomes and help students perform better in real interviews.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy Sales & Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience in building a startup from the ground up.
You’ll work directly on college outreach, partnerships, and growth experiments.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to colleges (TPOs, placement cells) via LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Assist in setting up meetings and demos
- Help run pilot programs with colleges
- Work on influencer outreach (LinkedIn / Instagram creators)
- Create and test marketing campaigns (content, messaging, outreach)
- Maintain lead tracking (Google Sheets / CRM)
- Support in building partnerships with institutions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written + spoken)
- Comfortable talking to new people (calls + messages)
- Proactive and willing to take ownership
- Interest in startups/sales/marketing
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn & email outreach
Bonus (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with cold outreach or sales
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets or Excel
- Interest in HR Tech development
