Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a sales & marketing and Lead Generation Internship based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves identifying and sourcing new leads, conducting in-depth market research to discover potential opportunities, and maintaining a database of prospective clients. The intern will also be responsible for supporting sales activities, developing communication strategies, and collaborating with the sales team to generate business opportunities and grow the company's client base.
Qualifications
- Expertise in identifying New Leads and conducting effective Lead Generation activities
- Ability to perform in-depth Market Research to discover business opportunities
- Strong Communication skills to interact and build relationships with potential clients
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and a proactive approach to supporting sales initiatives
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and professional email writing skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Learning Objectives / Outcomes:
- Gain an understanding of UAV technology, applications, and market trends.
- Develop professional skills in sales communication, negotiation, and client management.
- Learn how to design and execute marketing campaigns for high-tech products.
- Build knowledge of business development processes within the aerospace and drone industry.
- Work closely with experienced sales and engineering teams in a real-world environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Aerospace Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Strong interest in drones, robotics, or aerospace technology.
- Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools (preferred).
- Self-motivated and eager to learn about emerging technologies.
