Role Description
This is an internship, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, based in Delhi, India. The intern will support the sales and marketing team by assisting with customer engagement, creating and implementing marketing strategies, and promoting company products and services. Daily tasks include customer interaction, sales activities, conducting market research, coordinating marketing campaigns, and learning training from team members on sales processes.
Location: Club Road, Punjabi Bagh
Stipend: Fixed Competitive Pay + performance based incentive
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive promotion efforts and achieve targets.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to support team development in sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Proactive and results-driven attitude, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with modern marketing tools, trends, and strategies is a plus.
