Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily sales activities, including lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-ups under the guidance of the sales team. Responsibilities include assisting with marketing campaigns, preparing sales materials and presentations, and helping maintain CRM data and sales reports. The intern will engage with customers to understand their requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to customer service and training-related activities. This role offers exposure to aerospace solutions sales and marketing, with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and participate in client interactions and internal review meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Customer Service and Training skills to support client queries, demonstrations, and onboarding activities.
- Sales skills, with interest in lead generation, prospect engagement, and basic negotiation.
- Ability to support Sales Management activities such as pipeline tracking, reporting, and CRM updates.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Interest in aerospace or technology sectors and willingness to learn about aircraft design solutions.
