Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will assist in fostering customer relationships, generating leads, supporting sales activities, and conducting market research. Additional responsibilities include creating marketing materials, supporting customer service efforts, and participating in training sessions to develop sales and communication skills. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Sales and Sales Management skills, including the ability to generate leads, manage accounts, and close deals
• Experience or interest in Training to enhance personal and team performance
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree in these areas)
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage
