Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will assist in executing and optimizing sales strategies, driving lead generation efforts, and supporting marketing campaigns across various platforms. Core responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team by preparing materials and analyzing data to identify growth opportunities. Additionally, the intern may be involved in delivering training to new team members and assisting in sales management tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve queries.
- Basic understanding of Sales strategies and processes, with a willingness to support lead generation and client acquisition efforts.
- Ability to assist in Sales Management and Training of new team members in a structured and approachable manner.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in productivity tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
