Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time on-site position based in Trivandrum. The intern will support daily sales activities, including reaching out to prospective learners and families, explaining ElevatED. Smart Learning’s offerings, and assisting in follow-ups to convert leads. Responsibilities include helping execute marketing campaigns, promoting classes across digital and local channels, and participating in events or outreach programs. The intern will assist in maintaining customer records, gathering feedback, and coordinating with the training and academic teams to align messaging. This role offers hands-on exposure to education-focused sales and marketing and opportunities to learn from senior team members.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with students and families.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and enrollment processes.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to help explain learning solutions and support basic product demonstrations.
- Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of digital and social media platforms for educational marketing is beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in the education sector and willingness to learn AI-based and visual learning solutions.
