Real Estate Marketing & Sales Intern
📍 Indore | 🕒 Full-Time Internship | ⏳ 3 Months Internship → Full-Time Opportunity
At Elemental Real Estate, we are looking for a motivated and energetic Real Estate Marketing & Sales Intern who wants real exposure to the fast-moving world of real estate sales, branding, and client relations.
This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, creative, tech-friendly, and confident in communication. The internship is designed to transition into a full-time Real Estate Marketing & Sales Executive role based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with prospective clients and generate leads
- Assist in property marketing and branding campaigns
- Handle WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
- Create basic creatives/posts for promotions and listings
- Maintain client data and reports using Excel & Word
- Coordinate site visits and follow-ups
- Support day-to-day sales and marketing activities
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Canva, or similar tools
- Creative mindset with interest in social media marketing
- Confident, disciplined, and eager to learn sales
- Someone who takes initiative and can work independently
Compensation
- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month stipend
- Attractive incentives on successful sales
- Opportunity to convert into a full-time role after 3 months
