We’re Hiring: Business Development Intern (B2B & B2C)
Company: EKAM | Location: NCR (preferred) | Duration: 3–6 months

At EKAM, you’ll work directly on driving partnerships across corporates, institutions, and organizations, while helping scale our recruitment, training, and event solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Hunt for leads and identify potential partners
- Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and calls (yes, real conversations!)
- Pitch EKAM’s offerings - recruitment solutions, corporate trainings, and DEI events
- Set up and support meetings with leadership
- Track, follow up, and convert opportunities
Who You Are:
- Pursuing post-graduation or a graduate excited about business development
- Confident communicator and natural networker
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in startups, sales, and partnerships
