Role: Sales And Marketing Intern
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our expanding team. If you have strong communication skills and an interest in healthcare or ed-tech sales, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with doctors and healthcare professionals via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Explain Doctorshala programs and guide prospects based on their needs
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly
- Follow up with interested candidates and assist in conversions
- Support the sales team in daily operations and strategy execution
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales/marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 2–3 months

- Fixed + Performance-based incentives
