Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role at Cosurj is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales and marketing team in identifying potential users and partners, conducting outreach, and presenting Cosurj’s value to communities and organizations. Daily tasks include assisting with sales calls and meetings, responding to inquiries, maintaining customer records, and helping to onboard and train new users on the platform. The intern will also contribute to marketing activities such as creating basic promotional materials, supporting campaigns, collecting feedback, and tracking engagement metrics. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech environment with exposure to both sales operations and community-focused marketing.
Qualifications
- The candidate should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with community members and organizational stakeholders.
- They should possess Sales and Sales Management-related skills to support lead generation, outreach, and pipeline follow-up.
- They should ideally have basic knowledge of marketing concepts, social media usage, and data tracking for campaigns.
