About the Internship:-
Project Domain: Business Development - Sales and Marketing
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Remote (WFH)
Starting Date: Immediately
We are looking for a passionate Business Development Intern with strong communication and presentation skills to join our growing team and add value to the organisation. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of SaaS growth, enjoys talking to clients, and can execute both outbound sales and growth marketing initiatives in a fully remote environment. The candidate will get an experience of all stages of business development.
Key Responsibilities:-
Sales & Growth
• Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers (founders, agencies, sales teams).
• Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calling.
• Conduct product demos and discovery calls.
• Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Maintain and update leads and pipelines inside the CRM.
Marketing & Demand Generation
• Execute LinkedIn and email campaigns for ConnectAgent.
• Collaborate on content ideas (posts, use-cases, landing pages).
• Analyze campaign performance and improve messaging and conversion.
• Support partnerships, agency outreach, and community growth initiatives.
Customer Insights
• Collect feedback from prospects and customers.
• Share insights with the product team to improve positioning and features.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:-
Under - graduate in the relevant field.
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
Strong Negotiation Skills.
Creative thinking and Problem - Solving Skills.
What We’re Looking For
• 0-1 years of experience in SaaS sales, B2B marketing, or growth roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using CRMs, email tools, LinkedIn outreach, and basic analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of sales funnels: lead → demo → conversion.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Bonus: Experience with Apollo.io, AI tools, automation platforms, or selling to agencies.

Stipend offered - Commission based (For Every on-Boarding, the Candidate will receive a flat commission of 20%, which is min. Rs. 3,000.)
