Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales & Brand Partnerships Intern. The candidate will be responsible for scouting and identifying potential brands for collaborations, reaching out to decision-makers, building strong brand connections, and negotiating campaign deals.
The role involves active pitching, lead generation, follow-ups, and closing influencer marketing campaigns. The candidate should be confident in communication, fluent in pitching ideas and collaboration proposals, and capable of maintaining long-term professional relationships with brands.
Responsibilities include:
- Scouting and finding brands for influencer collaborations
- Reaching out to brands through email, Instagram, LinkedIn, and calls
- Pitching influencer marketing services and campaign ideas
- Negotiating campaign budgets and deliverables
- Building and maintaining brand relationships and contacts
- Following up with leads and ensuring smooth communication
- Assisting in closing paid brand campaigns
- Coordinating with internal teams for campaign execution
- Conducting market research and identifying potential partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Fluent and confident in pitching and client interactions
- Good understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube
- Ability to scout brands and generate leads independently
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
- Basic understanding of sales and brand partnerships
- Good closing and negotiation abilities
- Hardworking, regular, and proactive in outreach activities
- Experience or interest in sales, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, and CRM tools is a plus
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
