We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Interns who are eager to learn business development, lead generation, digital marketing, and client relationship management.
Roles and Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Research and identify potential clients using Google, LinkedIn, Justdial, IndiaMART, and social media platforms.
* Generate new business leads and maintain lead databases.
* Reach out to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and LinkedIn.
* Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the business team.
* Follow up with prospects and maintain communication records.
* Understand client requirements and update the sales pipeline.
Digital Marketing
* Assist in creating and publishing social media content.
* Promote company services, training programs, and products across social platforms.
* Support lead generation campaigns through social media marketing.
* Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries received through social channels.
* Assist in creating promotional content, posters, and campaign materials.
Market Research
* Analyze competitors and identify new business opportunities.
* Research local businesses and industries that can benefit from software and digital solutions.
* Maintain reports on outreach activities and campaign performance.
Desired Skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
* Confidence in speaking with customers and business owners.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Basic computer and internet skills.
* Knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is an added advantage.
